The suggestion came from my family: "Michael, invent something against all the plastic that is wrapped around the pallets."
It is all of the stretch films that decompose rather quickly into the dreaded microplastics. Every tonne less of this is of great benefit to us and the environment. So far there has been quite a bit worldwide!
Whether delicate fruit or heavy parts, all stacks of goods have so far been wrapped with stretch films for shipping. Does it have to stay that way? The solution came to me in a flash.
Motivated to find a future-oriented substitute for tons of film material - which remains as problematic waste after each delivery - I found the solution in a new device: a simple “tensile casing” that could be used hundreds of times was created.
This device is able to fix the stack of goods on their transport routes against slipping and falling. It holds the stacks tightly from the top edge of the pallet or just above.
... of this patented device is that your warehouse staff - in the transport provision - is comparatively 2/3 faster. Just once around the pallet> connect the skirting boards> turn and fix the clamping crank> the goods are ready for dispatch.
So far, at least 30 meters of stretch film - X times running around the stack of goods - have been applied.
This would solve the mountains' serious environmental problem of plastic waste. This casing thus contributes significantly to environmental, air and water protection.
This in turn strengthens your corporate prestige from an environmentally conscious supplier.

The "block-shaped" probably represent the vast majority in the shipping of goods.
Only the bulky stacks of goods therefore still require the usual filming process.
In particular, smaller distribution warehouses without automatic palletizers would have the full advantages with these devices.
Only 1 palletizer is also sufficient to apply this simple device.
My vision is to find licensees with affinity for the presented product in order to manufacture and market it regionally or internationally in their own product line.
It would be sensible as well as desirable that the market leaders in the industry integrate this patented device into their portfolio as a licensee.
These jackets are made of hard-wearing (optionally coated) tarpaulins or awning fabrics that enclose the stack of goods.
Two vertically fixed hardwood strips connect the ends of the casing.
A lever arm crank that can move freely in the upper groin eyelet is used for tightening.
At the same time, the cover is rolled tightly with the strips using a crank.
Finally, the upper casing seam - to fix the crank - is inserted into the longitudinal gap of the swiveling crank handle.
The hand crank can also be replaced by a ratchet axis. This "ratchet" sits firmly on the bar clamp. A foldable ratchet lever arm can be attached to the fabric hem of the casing. The eye of the ratchet lever arm encloses the ratchet axis and has an unlock button there.
The ratchet axis ends up in a profile head (regardless of whether it is shaped as a square, triangular, rectangular, hex or Torx). The "palletizer" uses its counter-rotating hand ratchet or a cordless screwdriver with a form-fitting counterpart on the profile head to tension it.
After stripping the pallet, the tarpaulin is rolled up in a horizontal bar position using a screwdriver. This enables a simple and orderly return. Ready and off to the truck!
